- Representing a large quarry company for all of its litigation in France.
- Representing a Canadian paper mill regarding the environmental issues for the clean-up obligation of its site in France.
- Action for damages for a site owner towards the previous operator for soil pollution.
- Representation of an industrial group against a European investment fund in a dispute arising from the remediation of three industrial sites in France, at stake US$30 million.
